I hold an MFA in creative writing from Columbia University. Helene Wurlitzer Foundation Artist Residency Grant 2021 finalist, 2020 Smokelong Quarterly Award for Flash Fiction Longlist, 2019 Henfield Prize recipient, 2018 Felipe P. De Alba Fellowship nominee, 2017 resident of The Growlery artist residency, and 2013 Sander Thoenes Research Award recipient. My words and images have appeared in Flaunt, Lovers & Other Strangers, Westword, and The Reykjavik Grapevine.
Lover of landscapes, strangers, histories, evocative stories, sharp humor, poignant questions, and breakfast foods. Walked roughly seventeen hundred miles across America in 2016.
